The agrarian sector of the region comprises eight agricultural companies, the Minsk oblast fruit-growing company Zubki, the agricultural companies “Pedigree Farm Krasnaya Zvezda”, Naliboki-Neman, Agrofirma Orda, the subsidiary Tucha of the company Minsk-Kristall, the agricultural department of the Kletsk regional agro-service and 13 farms.

Agricultural lands account for 54,374 hectares, of them 34,280 hectares are arable lands.

The region specializes in the production of milk, meat, grain, potato and sugar beet. The region’s two specialized companies Agrokombinat Kletsky and Zubki cultivate fruit and berries. In line with the rural revival programme for 2010, the region is set to build 18 agro-towns. The agro-town of Yanovichi was established in 2005, Kukhchitsy and Moroch – in 2006.
